Additional services such as liftgate delivery, residential delivery, inside delivery, appointment delivery, or limited access delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect freight shipments before signing for delivery.

Missed delivery, storage, or redelivery fees charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.

*Freight Shipping (Large Items) – Combined Orders*

If you purchase multiple large items (such as doors, bumpers, hoods, etc.), each item may initially include its own shipping cost at checkout.

However, in many cases, these items can be combined and shipped together on a single pallet. This may significantly reduce the total shipping cost.

Due to checkout processing limitations of our website platform, shipping charges are calculated per item at checkout. As a result, you may be charged full shipping for each item initially.

After your order is placed, our team will review the shipment and request an updated freight quote. If combined shipping is possible and results in a lower cost, we will issue a partial refund for the difference.

You may also contact us in advance to receive a more accurate shipping quote before placing your order.

* Final shipping cost depends on item size, weight, and delivery location

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy.

Items must be returned in the same condition received and must not be installed.

All returns must be approved before the item is sent back.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item was sold with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Returns due to buyer reasons may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
