Are your parts OEM?

Most of the parts we offer are original OEM components removed from modern vehicles. In some cases, vehicles may include non-OEM components such as custom or aftermarket parts that were previously installed.

Each listing clearly describes the manufacturer, type of part, and relevant details so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

What condition are the parts in?

Most parts we offer are pre-owned OEM components removed from modern vehicles. Because these are used parts, normal signs of use may be present.

We provide detailed photos and descriptions so you can review the condition of each item before purchasing.

Will I receive the exact part shown in the photos?

Yes. In most cases, the item shown in the listing photos is the exact part you will receive. We provide real images so customers can clearly see the condition and details of each component before purchase.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Large or freight items may require additional preparation and carrier scheduling before shipment. Tracking information is provided once your order leaves our facility.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery. Tracking details are typically sent by email once the shipment leaves our facility.

How does freight shipping work for large items in combined orders?

If you purchase multiple large items (such as doors, bumpers, hoods, etc.), each item may initially include its own shipping cost at checkout.

However, in many cases, these items can be combined and shipped together on a single pallet. This may significantly reduce the total shipping cost.

Due to checkout processing limitations of our website platform, shipping charges are calculated per item at checkout. As a result, you may be charged full shipping for each item initially.

After your order is placed, our team will review the shipment and request an updated freight quote. If combined shipping is possible and results in a lower cost, we will issue a partial refund for the difference.

You may also contact us in advance to receive a more accurate shipping quote before placing your order.

Please note:

* Shipping fees include not only the carrier rate, but also packing and handling costs
* Final shipping cost depends on item size, weight, and delivery location
* Not all items can be combined safely
